Francisco's Mexican Cantina is Canberra's first restaurant that offers authentic Mexican cuisine. The set menu offers most of the traditional favorites such as Enchiladas, Burritos, Fajitas, Tacos, Chimichangas and Albondigas, while the blackboard has regular specials that included Chili Rellenos, Enfrijoladas, Seafood Burritos and many other interesting dishes. All of their recipes have a blend of herbs, spices and chilies to create unique spicy flavors without necessarily being hot. They also make all of their sauces (Colorado, Salsa Verde, Chipotle) using fresh chilies and other natural ingredients to ensure that their customers experience the authentic tastes of Mexico.

Francisco's also has a large range of Mexican beers, Margarita's and their very popular homemade Sangria which will compliment any meal.
