The business started with a small tea shop on Chapel Street in Prahran 15 years ago that sold tea blends created by David Zhou. With the Australian public taking a keen interest in David�s unique blends, David decided the next logical step was to introduce traditional Shanghai cuisine and naturally, David�s was formed.
