Koots Salle � Manger was taken over in late 1999 by Patrice and Catherine Repellin, when it was known simply as Koots. A favorite with locals & critics alike since its inception, there is new energy in the air since they re-launched as Koots Salle � Manger in 2009. The new interior design conveys an ambience of understated sophistication that befits the house "modern French" style and welcomes diners with comfort in mind.

Owner and chef Patrice Repellin is celebrating ten years at the helm after having gained experience in classic French cuisine in restaurants and fine hotels in his native France, and then Switzerland. His experience in the USA and Caribbean, and then in Sydney restaurants afforded him an appreciation for a light, fresh approach to fine produce, and this has become his hallmark.
