The name ARTHUR'S PIZZA� belongs to the original and current owner, Arthur Premetis. Former tenants of the Oxford Street Paddington restaurant challenged the ownership and rights to ARTHUR'S PIZZA� in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, but Justice Ian Gzell ruled in favor of Arthur.
